Weekly pipeline report

Every deal in one weekly view: what is stuck and what to do next

How it works

  1. Your CRMYour deal data is read from your CRM.
  2. Stuck and overdue deals foundDeals with no movement or a missed next step are picked out.
  3. Weekly summaryThey are written up with a suggested next step for each.
  4. Sent to WhatsApp or emailThe summary arrives each week where you will read it.

A worked example

  1. A commercial cleaning company in Kaki Bukit keeps its quotes and deals in Pipedrive. The owner has no time to go through them all.
  2. Every Monday at 7am the system reads the deals and picks out the ones that have not moved in two weeks, and those with a missed next step.
  3. It writes a summary: nine deals open, three stuck, and for each stuck deal a suggested next step, such as calling the facilities manager at the Jurong office.
  4. The summary arrives on the owner's WhatsApp before the week starts.

Before and after

Before

After

Stuck deals are found only when the customer goes elsewhere.

Deals with no movement are listed every week.

Pipeline reviews mean an hour of scrolling through the CRM.

One weekly summary shows what needs attention.

Each deal's next step lives in someone's head.

A suggested next step is written for every stuck deal.

Questions

How much does the weekly pipeline report cost?

Setup starts from S$2,499. The monthly fee is set by your volume and agreed on the call, before anything is built. Usage costs, such as AI processing, are billed on top of the monthly fee. Meta's WhatsApp message fees are billed to your business by Meta, and your CRM subscription, such as HubSpot or Pipedrive, remains yours. The minimum term is three months, and after that you can cancel any time.

Where does my data go, and does this meet PDPA?

Your deal data stays in your own CRM. The system reads it to write the summary and does not store a separate copy of it, wherever your build allows. The written scope says where everything is stored and lists any personal data the system handles and why, so you can check it against your own PDPA obligations. Your data is never used to train AI models.

What happens when the AI does not know what to suggest?

If a deal has too little information, the report says so and lists it as needing a closer look, instead of suggesting a step it cannot support. Suggestions are only suggestions, and you decide what to do.

How long does setup take?

Usually one to two weeks. We connect your CRM, agree what counts as stuck, and send a first report for you to check against your own view of the pipeline.

Does it forecast revenue?

No. It tells you which deals need attention and what to do next. It does not predict what will close.
