Qualify and book

Every lead is asked the right questions and booked with the right person

How it works

  1. New leadA lead arrives from any source.
  2. Qualifying questions on WhatsAppThey answer a few short questions by message.
  3. Scored and routedAnswers are scored and the lead goes to the right person.
  4. Booked in the right calendarA time is booked in that person's calendar.

A worked example

  1. A financial advisory firm in Shenton Way receives a new lead from its website, a referral and a Facebook ad. All three arrive in HubSpot.
  2. Each lead gets a WhatsApp message with a few short questions: what they need help with, their rough timeline and whether they own property.
  3. The answers are scored. A young couple planning a first home goes to Jasmine, who handles housing loans. A business owner asking about retirement goes to Raymond.
  4. A time is booked in the right adviser's Google Calendar, and the adviser sees the answers before the meeting.

Questions

How much does qualify and book cost?

Setup starts from S$3,499. The monthly fee is set by your volume and agreed on the call, before anything is built. Usage costs, such as AI processing, are billed on top of the monthly fee. Meta's WhatsApp message fees are billed to your business by Meta, and subscriptions you already pay for, such as HubSpot or Calendly, remain yours. The minimum term is three months, and after that you can cancel any time.

Where does my data go, and does this meet PDPA?

Leads and their answers are saved in your own CRM and calendar wherever possible. The written scope says where everything is stored and lists any personal data the system handles and why, so you can check it against your own PDPA obligations. Your data is never used to train AI models.

What happens when the AI does not know where to send a lead?

If the answers do not fit your routing rules, or a lead gives an unclear reply, it is not guessed at. The lead goes to a named person on your team as unrouted, with the conversation attached, and that person decides.

How long does setup take?

Usually two to three weeks. We agree your questions and routing rules with you, connect your CRM and calendars, and test with real leads before it goes live.

Can I change the questions later?

Yes. Tell us what to change and we update the questions and rules. How many changes are included each month is set out in the written scope.
