Prospect briefs

A one-page brief on every prospect before the call

How it works

  1. Meeting bookedA new meeting appears in your calendar.
  2. Company and person researchedPublic information on the company and the person is gathered.
  3. One-page briefIt is cut down to a single page.
  4. In your inbox before the callThe brief arrives in your inbox ahead of the meeting.

A worked example

  1. A recruitment agency in Robinson Road has a meeting booked on Thursday at 3pm with the HR director of a logistics company.
  2. That morning, the system gathers public information on the company and on the director: the company's size, recent news and her career so far, taken from public pages.
  3. It cuts this down to one page, with a few suggested questions to ask.
  4. The brief is in the consultant's inbox at 8am, before the call. She reads it over coffee.

Before and after

Before

After

Preparation means opening ten tabs ten minutes before the call.

A one-page brief is in your inbox before the meeting.

You meet prospects knowing little about them.

You know their business and recent news.

Preparation varies from one person to the next.

Every meeting has a brief in the same format.

Questions

How much does prospect briefs cost?

Setup starts from S$2,499. The monthly fee is set by your volume and agreed on the call, before anything is built. Usage costs, such as AI processing and web research, are billed on top of the monthly fee. Subscriptions you already pay for, such as Google Workspace, Outlook and HubSpot, remain yours. The minimum term is three months, and after that you can cancel any time.

Where does my data go, and does this meet PDPA?

Briefs go to your own inbox and CRM wherever possible. The system collects information that is publicly available and lists its sources. The written scope says where everything is stored and lists any personal data the system handles and why, so you can check it against your own PDPA obligations. Your data is never used to train AI models.

What happens when the AI cannot find information?

The brief says that nothing was found, instead of filling the page with guesses. A person with a common name is treated with care: if the system cannot be sure it has the right person, it says so.

How long does setup take?

Usually one to two weeks. We connect your calendar, agree the one-page format, and send briefs for a few real upcoming meetings for you to review.

Is it appropriate to research people this way?

It uses public information and shows where it came from. The PDPA applies to the personal data of the people you research, and the written scope sets out what the system collects so you can check it against your own obligations.
