Proposal generator

Proposals and quotes drafted from the call, in your own template

How it works

  1. Call notes and deal detailsThe scope and prices come from your call notes and CRM.
  2. Your template filled inYour own proposal template is filled in with them.
  3. You review and editYou check the draft and change what you like.
  4. Sent for e-signatureThe final version goes out to be signed online.

A worked example

  1. A branding agency in Tiong Bahru finishes a call with a restaurant group that wants a new identity for three outlets.
  2. The system takes the scope and prices from the call notes and the deal in HubSpot.
  3. It fills in the agency's own proposal template in Google Docs: the project background, the deliverables, the timeline and the fee.
  4. The founder reads the draft, changes one deliverable and the payment terms, and approves. The final version goes out to the client to sign online.

Before and after

Before

After

A proposal takes an evening to write after the call.

A draft is ready in your template soon after the call.

Scope and prices are copied by hand and sometimes wrong.

They are taken from the call notes and the deal record, for you to check.

Signed copies are chased by email.

The final version goes out for e-signature.

Questions

How much does the proposal generator cost?

Setup starts from S$3,499. The monthly fee is set by your volume and agreed on the call, before anything is built. Usage costs, such as AI processing, are billed on top of the monthly fee. Subscriptions you already pay for, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and HubSpot, remain yours. The minimum term is three months, and after that you can cancel any time.

Where does my data go, and does this meet PDPA?

Proposals are saved in your own Google Drive or document tool and your CRM wherever possible. The written scope says where everything is stored and lists any personal data the system handles and why, so you can check it against your own PDPA obligations. Your data is never used to train AI models.

What happens when the AI does not know a price or a detail?

It leaves a clearly marked gap in the draft rather than inventing a number. Nothing is sent until you have reviewed and approved the proposal.

How long does setup take?

Usually two to three weeks. We set up your template, connect your CRM and call notes, and test with a few of your past deals before it goes live.

Does it replace our contract?

No. It drafts the proposal or quote. If you also use a separate contract, that stays with you and your lawyer.
