How it works

  1. Call or meeting recordedYour call or video meeting is recorded.

  3. Summary, next steps and deal stageA short summary, the next steps and the deal stage are pulled out.
  4. Saved in your CRMEverything is saved on the right deal record.

A worked example

  1. A software consultancy in one-north holds a discovery call over Zoom. At the start, the account manager tells the prospect that the call is recorded.
  2. After the call, the recording is turned into text.
  3. The system pulls out a short summary, the next steps and a suggested deal stage: the prospect wants a proposal by Friday and has budget approval from her director.
  4. Everything is saved on the right deal in HubSpot. The account manager reads it, corrects the deal stage and moves on to the next call.

Questions

How much does call notes to CRM cost?

Setup starts from S$2,499. The monthly fee is set by your volume and agreed on the call, before anything is built. Usage costs, such as AI processing and transcription, are billed on top of the monthly fee. Subscriptions you already pay for, such as Zoom and HubSpot, are billed to you by those vendors. The minimum term is three months, and after that you can cancel any time.

Where does my data go, and does this meet PDPA?

Recordings and notes stay in your own tools, such as your Zoom account and your CRM, wherever possible. The scope states how long recordings are kept. The written scope says where everything is stored and lists any personal data the system handles and why, so you can check it against your own PDPA obligations. Your data is never used to train AI models.

What happens when the AI is unsure about something said on the call?

It does not fill in the gap with a guess. A figure, date or name it could not hear clearly is marked as unclear in the summary, so a person checks it against the recording.

How long does setup take?

Usually two to three weeks. We connect your video tool and CRM, agree the summary format with you, and run it on a few real calls before it goes live.

Do people on the call have to agree to being recorded?

Participants should be told that the call is recorded, and your own rules and the PDPA apply to that. We set up the meeting so the notice is given, and the wording is in the written scope for you to check.
