Start with a free consultation. From there we set up ready-made systems, train your team, or build a custom project.
Free consultation
Free, 30 minutes
Thirty minutes on how your business runs today. You then receive a written report on where AI would pay for itself and where it would not, whether or not you work with us.
The three highest-value places to start
Cost and payback estimates in S$
No obligation and no follow-up sales sequence
Systems
Setup S$2,499, S$3,499 or S$4,499 depending on the system, then a monthly fee based on your volume
Forty ready-made systems across lead generation, marketing, sales, customer experience, operations, management and the back office. Each one runs inside the tools you already use.
Live in one to six weeks, depending on the system
Fixes and adjustments during the first month after launch
Minimum term of three months, then cancel any time
In-house AI training on the tool your company already pays for, whether that is Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot or Gemini. Every exercise uses your own documents and the tasks your team does each week.
A half-day workshop on your own tool
A follow-up clinic once your team has used it at work
What can and cannot go into the tool under your plan and rules
For work the ready-made systems do not cover, such as a knowledge base over your own documents or a job dispatch tool built around how your team works.
A written scope and fixed quote before anything is built
Yes. It takes 30 minutes, and the written report is yours to keep whether or not you work with us.
Can the training be claimed under SkillsFuture?
No. Cortex Lab AI is not a training provider registered with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), so our training cannot be claimed under SkillsFuture or the SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC). If funding decides it for you, a registered course will cost less.
Who pays for the software a system runs on?
Usage such as AI model and messaging fees runs on our accounts and appears on your monthly invoice. Accounts that must stay in your business's name, such as Meta ad spend, are billed to you directly.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Where your data is stored depends on the tools in your build, and the written scope says where before anything is built.
