Follow-up and nurture

No lead goes cold after an enquiry, a quote or a no-show

How it works

  1. Enquiry, quote or no-showA lead goes quiet after an enquiry, a quote or a missed visit.
  2. Timed follow-ups on WhatsApp and emailFriendly messages go out on a schedule you set.
  3. Stops when they replyThe sequence stops the moment they answer.
  4. Warm replies to your teamA person on your team picks up every warm reply.

A worked example

  1. A physiotherapy clinic in Clementi sends a quote for a six-session recovery plan. The patient does not reply.
  2. Three days later, a friendly WhatsApp message asks whether she has any questions. Five days after that, a short email follows.
  3. She replies on WhatsApp asking whether weekend slots are available. The sequence stops straight away.
  4. The reply goes to the clinic coordinator, who answers and books her in.

Questions

How much does follow-up and nurture cost?

Setup starts from S$3,499. The monthly fee is set by your volume and agreed on the call, before anything is built. Usage costs, such as AI processing, are billed on top of the monthly fee. Meta's WhatsApp message fees are billed to your business by Meta, and subscriptions you already pay for, such as Gmail and HubSpot, remain yours. The minimum term is three months, and after that you can cancel any time.

Where does my data go, and does this meet PDPA?

Contacts and message history stay in your own CRM and email wherever possible. Anyone who asks to stop is removed from all later messages. The written scope says where everything is stored and lists any personal data the system handles and why, so you can check it against your own PDPA obligations. Your data is never used to train AI models.

What happens when the AI does not know how to answer a reply?

It does not carry on the conversation. When someone replies, the sequence stops and the reply goes to a named person on your team with the thread attached. That person answers.

How long does setup take?

Usually two to three weeks. We write the sequences with you, set up the stop rules, connect your CRM, and test them on a few sample leads before they run for real.

Will this annoy my customers?

Nobody is messaged more often than you have agreed. We suggest a small number of friendly messages, and the sequence ends on its own if there is no reply.
