AI knowledge base for your company

An AI knowledge base built from your website, SOPs, FAQs and price list lets staff and customers ask on WhatsApp and get answers with the source attached.

How it works

  1. Your documentsYour website, SOPs, FAQs and price list, gathered in one place.
  2. Knowledge base, kept up to dateThey become a searchable base that updates when they change.
  3. Your WhatsApp numberThe base is connected to your WhatsApp number.
  4. Answers with sourcesStaff and customers ask any time; hard questions go to a person.

A worked example

  1. A clinic in Tampines hands over its website pages, front-desk SOP, price list and FAQ document.
  2. Our system turns them into a knowledge base that picks up any change to the price list in Google Drive.
  3. The knowledge base is connected to the clinic's WhatsApp number. At 9pm a patient asks whether a scaling session is covered by Medisave, and a new nurse asks how to log a late arrival.
  4. Each gets a short answer with the source attached, such as the price list page or the SOP name. A question about a rare insurance case has no match, so it goes to the practice manager.

Questions

How much does the company knowledge base cost?

Setup starts from S$3,499. The monthly fee is set by your volume and agreed on the call, before anything is built. Usage costs, such as AI processing, are billed on top of the monthly fee. Meta's WhatsApp message fees are billed to your business by Meta, and any subscriptions you already pay for, such as Google Workspace, remain yours. The minimum term is three months, and after that you can cancel any time.

Where does my data go, and does this meet PDPA?

Your documents stay in your own tools, such as Google Drive, wherever possible. The written scope says where everything is stored and lists any personal data the system handles and why, so you can check it against your own PDPA obligations. Your data is never used to train AI models.

What happens when the AI does not know the answer?

It says so. It does not guess. If your documents do not cover the question, the system tells the person it is passing the question on, and sends it to the colleague you named, with the question attached. You can also see a list of the questions it could not answer, which shows you which documents to write next.

How long does setup take?

Usually two to three weeks from the call. Most of that time goes on gathering and tidying your documents, then testing with real questions from your team. If your documents are already in good order, it can be faster.

Can customers and staff see the same answers?

Only if you want that. We can set one WhatsApp number for customers and another for staff, each reading from different documents, so an internal procedure never reaches a customer.
