  2. Reply in under a minuteThey get a friendly WhatsApp reply before they contact anyone else.
  3. Qualifying questionsA few short questions find out what they need and when.
  4. Booked in your calendarA suitable slot is offered and confirmed in your calendar.
  5. Summary to your teamYour team gets a short summary of who it is and what they want.

A worked example

  1. A dental clinic in Bishan runs a Meta ad for teeth whitening. At 10.40pm a woman fills in the lead form.
  2. Within a minute she receives a friendly WhatsApp message that mentions the treatment she asked about.
  3. She answers three short questions: whether she has had whitening before, which days suit her, and which branch is nearer. A Saturday morning slot is offered and she confirms it.
  4. The booking appears in the clinic's Google Calendar. The front desk sees a short summary the next morning: name, treatment, preferred branch and the time booked.

Questions

How much does WhatsApp speed-to-lead cost?

Setup starts from S$3,499. The monthly fee is set by your volume and agreed on the call, before anything is built. Usage costs, such as AI processing, are billed on top of the monthly fee. Meta's WhatsApp message fees are billed to your business by Meta, and subscriptions you already pay for, such as HubSpot or Calendly, remain yours. The minimum term is three months, and after that you can cancel any time.

Where does my data go, and does this meet PDPA?

Enquiry details and summaries are kept in your own tools, such as your CRM and Google Calendar, wherever possible. The system messages people who have just asked you to contact them. The written scope says where everything is stored and lists any personal data the system handles and why, so you can check it against your own PDPA obligations. Your data is never used to train AI models.

What happens when the AI does not know the answer?

It says so and does not guess. If someone asks about something outside your agreed answers, such as a custom quote, the system tells them a person will reply, and sends the question to your team with the conversation attached. Anyone who asks for a human is handed over straight away.

How long does setup take?

Usually two to three weeks from the call. We agree your questions and reply tone, connect your form or ad and calendar, and test with real enquiries before it goes live.

Will people know they are talking to an AI?

You decide how it is introduced, and we recommend saying so in the first message. The conversation is passed to a person whenever the customer asks.
