Lead list builder

A fresh list of businesses that match your ideal customer, with contact details

How it works

  1. Your ideal customerYou describe the type of business you want to reach.
  2. Search maps, directories and socialPublic sources are searched for businesses that fit that description.
  3. Contacts checked and filled inNames, emails and phone numbers are added and checked.
  4. Ready listThe finished list lands in your CRM or sheet, where your team already works.

A worked example

  1. A corporate training provider in Paya Lebar wants to reach HR managers at logistics companies with 50 to 200 staff.
  2. It describes that customer on the call. The system searches maps, directories and public social pages for logistics firms that fit.
  3. For each business it adds a contact name where one is public, a business email and a phone number, and checks that the email address is valid.
  4. The finished list lands in the provider's Google Sheet, one business per row, with the source of each contact. The team starts at the top of the list.

Before and after

Before

After

Someone spends days copying business names from directories into a sheet.

A list is delivered in your sheet or CRM, ready to work through.

Lists go stale, with wrong emails and closed businesses.

Contacts are checked and filled in before they reach you.

Nobody can say where a contact came from.

Each row records its source.

Questions

How much does the lead list builder cost?

Setup starts from S$2,499. The monthly fee is set by your volume and agreed on the call, before anything is built. Usage costs, such as AI processing and lead-data lookups, are billed on top of the monthly fee. Subscriptions you already pay for, such as HubSpot or Airtable, are billed to you by those vendors. The minimum term is three months, and after that you can cancel any time.

Where does my data go, and does this meet PDPA?

The lists are delivered into your own sheet or CRM wherever possible. The system collects business information that is publicly available and records where each item came from. The written scope says where everything is stored and lists any personal data the system handles and why, so you can check it against your own PDPA obligations. Your data is never used to train AI models.

What happens when the AI cannot find a contact?

The row is kept and the gap is marked, rather than filled with a guess. You can see which businesses have no verified email or phone number, and decide whether to chase them another way.

How long does setup take?

Usually two to three weeks. We agree the profile of your ideal customer, run a first small batch for you to review, and then build the full list once you are happy with it.

Can I contact everyone on the list?

Not automatically. A list of public business contacts is a starting point, and you remain responsible for how you contact people. The written scope explains what the list contains so you can check it against the PDPA and the Do Not Call rules.
