Cold email outreach

Personal email sequences that stop the moment someone replies

How it works

  1. Lead listThe contacts you want to reach are loaded in.
  2. Personal first lineEach email opens with a line written for that business.
  3. Sent in small batchesEmails go out gradually from your own domain and address to protect delivery.
  4. Replies flagged to you, opt-outs removedReplies reach you at once and anyone who opts out is dropped.

A worked example

  1. A bookkeeping firm in Tanjong Pagar loads 300 small business owners from its lead list into a Google Sheet.
  2. For each one, the system writes a first line about that business, such as a recent opening or a new second outlet, followed by the firm's own message.
  3. Emails leave the firm's own address in small batches over several days, so they do not all arrive at once. Each carries a clear way to opt out.
  4. A restaurant owner replies asking about pricing. The sequence stops for that person and the reply is flagged to the partner. Another recipient opts out and is removed from every later email.

Before and after

Before

After

Outreach is the first task dropped when the week gets busy.

Emails go out steadily in small batches, without anyone sending them by hand.

Mass emails read like mass emails and are ignored.

Each email opens with a line written for that business.

Follow-ups continue after someone has already replied or asked to stop.

The sequence stops when someone replies, and opt-outs are removed.

What the AI does

  • Writes a personal first line for each business from public information.
  • Sends emails in small batches from your own domain and address.
  • Stops the sequence for anyone who replies.
  • Flags replies to you at once and removes people who opt out.

What your team keeps

  • The offer and the message the emails carry.
  • Answering every reply, since a person takes over the conversation.
  • Choosing who is contacted. This system is for business-to-business email only.
  • Reviewing the first batch before the rest goes out.

What is included

Questions

How much does cold email outreach cost?

Setup starts from S$2,499. The monthly fee is set by your volume and agreed on the call, before anything is built. Usage costs, such as AI processing, are billed on top of the monthly fee. Your email subscriptions, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and your CRM subscription remain yours. The minimum term is three months, and after that you can cancel any time.

Where does my data go, and does this meet PDPA?

Your contact list and the replies stay in your own sheet, mailbox and CRM wherever possible. Emails are sent from your own address. The written scope says where everything is stored and lists any personal data the system handles and why, so you can check it against your own PDPA obligations. Your data is never used to train AI models.

What happens when the AI does not know what to say?

If it cannot write a sound first line for a business, because there is too little public information, it leaves the line out or flags the contact for you. It does not invent details. Every reply is answered by a person, and the sequence stops as soon as one arrives.

How long does setup take?

Usually two to three weeks. We write the sequences with you, set up your sending address so emails are more likely to arrive, and send a small first batch for you to review before volume goes up.

How do unsubscribes work, and is this allowed?

Every email includes a clear way to opt out, and anyone who does is removed from all later sends. The system is for B2B outreach to business addresses. B2B email still falls under Singapore's Spam Control Act and the PDPA, so the opt-out and the sender details are built to those rules. Where the Act requires it for unsolicited bulk email, subject lines carry the <ADV> label, and the written scope sets out how.

How many replies will I get?

We cannot promise a number. Replies depend on your offer, your list and your market. We can show you what was sent and what came back, so you can judge it with real figures.
