Lead magnets

A quiz, calculator or free audit that turns visitors into leads

How it works

  1. Visitor on your siteSomeone lands on your website with a question in mind.
  2. Quiz, calculator or auditThey answer a few questions or enter their numbers.
  3. Personal resultThey see a result that is specific to their answers.
  4. Lead saved, follow-up startsTheir details are saved and a follow-up begins.

A worked example

  1. A financial adviser in Raffles Place adds a retirement-gap calculator to her website.
  2. A visitor enters his age, savings and monthly spending. The calculator uses the adviser's own formula.
  3. He sees a result specific to his numbers, with a short explanation written in plain English.
  4. He enters his email address to receive the full result. His details are saved to the adviser's HubSpot, and a follow-up email with an invitation to a call goes out the same day.

Before and after

Before

After

Visitors read your site and leave without a trace.

A quiz or calculator gives them a reason to share their details.

The same generic download is offered to everyone.

Each visitor sees a result that is specific to their answers.

New contacts wait for someone to copy them into the CRM.

The lead is saved and the follow-up starts at once.

  • Writes a personal result for each visitor from their answers.
  • Saves the lead to your CRM or sheet.
  • Starts the follow-up you have agreed.

  • Following up with the people who ask for a call.
  • Any regulated advice your industry requires.

Questions

How much does a lead magnet cost?

Setup starts from S$2,499. The monthly fee is set by your volume and agreed on the call, before anything is built. Usage costs, such as AI processing, are billed on top of the monthly fee. Subscriptions you already pay for, such as HubSpot, WordPress hosting or Tally, remain yours. The minimum term is three months, and after that you can cancel any time.

Where does my data go, and does this meet PDPA?

Leads are saved in your own CRM or Google Sheet wherever possible. The form asks for consent before a visitor's details are stored. The written scope says where everything is stored and lists any personal data the system handles and why, so you can check it against your own PDPA obligations. Your data is never used to train AI models.

What happens when the AI does not know how to score an answer?

Results come from the method you approve, not from the AI's opinion. If a visitor enters something outside the range you set, they see a plain message asking them to check the entry, or to contact you directly.

How long does setup take?

Usually two to three weeks. We agree the method and wording with you, build the page, connect it to your CRM, and test it with sample answers before it goes live.

Will this give me a set number of leads?

No. The number depends on how many visitors your site gets and how useful the tool is to them. We make the tool and the follow-up, and you can see every lead it collects.
