WhatsApp speed-to-lead
Every new enquiry gets a WhatsApp reply within a minute, is qualified and booked
Every enquiry from every channel lands in one place
Before
After
Enquiries are scattered across email, Instagram, WhatsApp and a web form.
Everything arrives in one place.
The same person appears three times and gets three replies.
Duplicates are merged into one record.
Nobody knows which channel brings in enquiries.
Each record is tagged with where it came from.
Setup starts from S$3,499. The monthly fee is set by your volume and agreed on the call, before anything is built. Usage costs, such as AI processing, are billed on top of the monthly fee. Meta's WhatsApp message fees are billed to your business by Meta, and subscriptions you already pay for, such as HubSpot or Wix, remain yours. The minimum term is three months, and after that you can cancel any time.
Enquiries are saved in your own CRM or Google Sheet wherever possible. The written scope says where everything is stored and lists any personal data the system handles and why, so you can check it against your own PDPA obligations. Your data is never used to train AI models.
It keeps them as separate records and marks them as possible matches, instead of merging them by guesswork. A person on your team confirms or splits them.
Usually two to three weeks. The time goes on connecting each channel, agreeing how records should look in your CRM, and testing with a real enquiry from every channel.
Website forms on WordPress or Wix, Meta lead ads, WhatsApp and email are the usual ones. The call and the written scope list the exact channels in your build before anything is built.
