WhatsApp AI chatbot
Answers customers on WhatsApp day and night, and hands over to your team when needed
An AI receptionist answers every call in your business's name, including after hours. It answers questions, books or takes a message, and sends your team a summary.
Setup starts from S$4,499. The monthly fee is set by your volume and agreed on the call, before anything is built. Usage costs, such as AI processing and call minutes, are billed on top of the monthly fee. Meta's WhatsApp message fees are billed to your business by Meta, and subscriptions you already pay for remain yours. The minimum term is three months, and after that you can cancel any time.
Call recordings and summaries are kept in your own tools wherever possible. Callers are told at the start that they are speaking to an AI and that the call is recorded. The written scope states how long recordings are kept and who can hear them. The written scope says where everything is stored and lists any personal data the system handles and why, so you can check it against your own PDPA obligations. Your data is never used to train AI models.
It says that it does not know, takes the caller's name and number, and records a message. Your team receives a summary on WhatsApp. If the caller says it is urgent, or the call touches on medical, legal or financial advice, the call is flagged for a person to return.
Usually four to six weeks from the call. A voice system needs more testing than a text one, so we run many test calls with you before it answers real customers.
Yes. The first thing the voice says is that it is an AI assistant and that the call is recorded. A caller can always ask to leave a message for a person.
