Booking and reminders

Bookings go straight into your system, and reminders cut no-shows

How it works

  1. Customer booksA customer picks a time online or by message.
  2. Into your booking system or calendarThe booking is saved in the system you already use.
  3. Reminder with a reschedule linkA reminder goes out with a link to change the time.
  4. Freed slots offered to the waitlistA cancelled slot is offered to people waiting.

A worked example

  1. A physiotherapy clinic in Jurong books its appointments in Cliniko. A patient picks a Tuesday 3pm slot through the clinic's online booking page.
  2. The booking is saved in Cliniko, so the clinic's calendar stays the one source of truth.
  3. Two days before, the patient gets a WhatsApp reminder with a link to change the time. The patient cannot make it and moves to Thursday.
  4. The Tuesday slot is freed and offered by message to people on the waitlist. The first to accept takes it, and the clinic sees the change without a phone call.

Before and after

Before

After

Bookings arrive by phone, message and form, and are keyed in by hand.

Every booking lands in your booking system or calendar automatically.

Staff phone patients the day before to confirm, and some still do not turn up.

A reminder with a reschedule link goes out, so changes happen before the day.

A cancelled slot stays empty because nobody has time to fill it.

Freed slots are offered to the waitlist straight away.

Questions

How much does booking and reminders cost?

Setup starts from S$3,499. The monthly fee is set by your volume and agreed on the call, before anything is built. Usage costs, such as AI processing, are billed on top of the monthly fee. Meta's WhatsApp message fees are billed to your business by Meta, and subscriptions you already pay for remain yours. The minimum term is three months, and after that you can cancel any time.

Where does my data go, and does this meet PDPA?

Bookings stay in your own booking system or calendar, such as Cliniko, Zenoti, Calendly or Google Calendar, wherever possible. The written scope says where everything is stored and lists any personal data the system handles and why, so you can check it against your own PDPA obligations. Your data is never used to train AI models.

What happens when the AI does not know what to do?

If a customer asks for something outside the rules, such as a time that is not offered or a change to a package, the system does not decide. It tells the customer a team member will reply and sends the request to the person you named.

How long does setup take?

Usually two to four weeks. The time depends on the booking system you use and how many services and staff calendars need to be connected. We test with a few real bookings before launch.

Does it work with the booking system we already use?

It works with Google Calendar, Cal.com, Calendly, Cliniko and Zenoti. If you use another system, tell us on the call and we will say whether it can be connected before you commit.
