Questions

How much does local SEO and reviews cost?

Setup starts from S$2,499. The monthly fee is set by your volume and agreed on the call, before anything is built. Usage costs, such as AI processing, are billed on top of the monthly fee. Meta's WhatsApp message fees are billed to your business by Meta, and your Google profile and other subscriptions you already pay for remain yours. The minimum term is three months, and after that you can cancel any time.

Where does my data go, and does this meet PDPA?

Replies and posts live in your own Google Business Profile. Reviews are already public, and the system reads only what is on your profile. The written scope says where everything is stored and lists any personal data the system handles and why, so you can check it against your own PDPA obligations. Your data is never used to train AI models.

What happens when the AI does not know how to answer a review?

For a complaint it cannot settle, such as a refund or a health concern, it drafts nothing beyond a polite holding line and flags the review to you with a note. Nothing is posted without your approval.

How long does setup take?

Usually three to four weeks. We connect your Google profile, agree your tone with you, and run the approval routine with real reviews before it settles into a weekly pattern.

Will this keep me near the top of Google Maps?

We cannot promise a position. Fresh posts and replies to every review keep your profile active, and Google decides how to rank it.
