A worked example

  1. A group of dental clinics in the east wants to know what AI assistants say when someone asks for a good family dentist in Tampines.
  2. Common customer questions are put to ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, and the answers are recorded. Two clinics are named, and the group is not. One answer lists an old opening time.
  3. The report shows the gaps. Changes to the clinic's service pages and its Google Business Profile are drafted and sent to the group for approval. Nothing is applied directly.
  4. Each month the same questions are asked again, and the group sees whether it is now being mentioned.

Questions

How much does AI search visibility cost?

Setup starts from S$2,499. The monthly fee is set by your volume and agreed on the call, before anything is built. Usage costs, such as AI processing and the checks we run against the assistants, are billed on top of the monthly fee. Your website hosting and subscriptions you already pay for remain yours. The minimum term is three months, and after that you can cancel any time.

Where does my data go, and does this meet PDPA?

Changes are made in your own website and Google Business Profile wherever possible. The checks use public questions and do not involve your customers' personal data. The written scope says where everything is stored and lists any personal data the system handles and why, so you can check it against your own PDPA obligations. Your data is never used to train AI models.

What happens when the AI does not know the right answer?

The assistants sometimes give different answers on different days. We record what they say, and we flag where the answer is wrong, unclear or missing. We do not change your pages without your approval, and we make no claim that a change will alter an answer.

How long does setup take?

Usually two to three weeks. The first check and report take most of that time, followed by the first set of changes for your approval.

Can you guarantee that ChatGPT will recommend us?

No. Nobody can. Clear, accurate pages and listings give an assistant better material to work with, and the monthly check shows you what happens.
