Ad research and creative

See what competitors are running and get ready-made ads to test

How it works

  1. Competitors' live adsThe ads your competitors are running now are collected.
  2. What is working and whyThe longest-running ads are picked out and explained.
  3. New ad ideas in your brandNew concepts are drafted in your own style.
  4. Ready to uploadFinished files are sized for each ad platform.

A worked example

  1. A property agency in Bukit Timah collects the ads that three competing agencies are running on Meta.
  2. The system picks out the ads that have been live the longest and explains what they have in common: a floor plan in the first image, a price range in the headline.
  3. Using the agency's brand, it drafts new ad ideas, with copy and image layouts.
  4. The agency approves two. Finished files arrive sized for each placement, ready for the marketer to upload to Meta Ads.

Questions

How much does ad research and creative cost?

Setup starts from S$2,499. The monthly fee is set by your volume and agreed on the call, before anything is built. Usage costs, such as AI processing and image generation, are billed on top of the monthly fee. Your ad spend and subscriptions you already pay for, such as Canva and Meta Ads, are billed to you by those vendors. The minimum term is three months, and after that you can cancel any time.

Where does my data go, and does this meet PDPA?

Files are delivered to your own Google Drive wherever possible. The competitor research uses ads that are publicly visible. The written scope says where everything is stored and lists any personal data the system handles and why, so you can check it against your own PDPA obligations. Your data is never used to train AI models.

What happens when the AI does not know why an ad works?

It reports what it can see, such as how long an ad has run and what it contains, and says plainly that the reason is a judgement. It does not state a cause as fact. Your marketer decides what to test.

How long does setup take?

Usually about two weeks. We agree the competitors and your brand rules, run the first research, and deliver the first set of ideas for you to review.

Will these ads perform better than my current ones?

We cannot promise that. They are ideas to test, based on what competitors have kept running. Your own results will show what works for you.
