Monthly management pack

Your numbers each month with a plain-English summary

How it works

  1. Month closesThe month is closed in your accounts.
  2. Numbers pulledFigures are taken from your accounting and CRM.
  3. Summary of changesA plain-English written note explains what changed and why.
  4. Sent to the directorsThe pack is sent to the directors.

A worked example

  1. A trading company in Kaki Bukit closes the month in Xero on the fifth.
  2. The system pulls the month's revenue, costs and cash position from Xero and the open deals from HubSpot.
  3. It writes a plain-English note: revenue is lower than last month because two large invoices moved into next month, and freight costs rose.
  4. The finance manager reads and corrects the note, and the pack goes to the directors by email.

Before and after

Before

After

The monthly report is built by hand in a spreadsheet and arrives late.

The pack is ready soon after the month closes.

Directors get a table of figures and have to work out what it means.

A plain-English note explains what changed and why.

Each month's report looks a bit different.

Every pack follows the same layout.

Questions

How much does the monthly management pack cost?

Setup starts from S$3,499. The monthly fee is set by your volume and agreed on the call, before anything is built. Usage costs, such as AI processing, are billed on top of the monthly fee. Subscriptions you already pay for, such as Xero or HubSpot, remain yours. The minimum term is three months, and after that you can cancel any time.

Where does my data go, and does this meet PDPA?

Your figures stay in your own tools, such as Xero and Google Sheets, wherever possible. The pack is sent to the people you name. The written scope says where everything is stored and lists any personal data the system handles and why, so you can check it against your own PDPA obligations. Your data is never used to train AI models.

What happens when the AI does not know the reason for a change?

It says what changed and does not invent a reason. Where the cause is not in your records, the note marks it for you to fill in before the pack goes out.

How long does setup take?

Usually two to three weeks from the call. We agree the layout and the figures with you, connect your tools, and run the pack on a past month to check it against your own numbers.

Does this replace my accountant?

No. It summarises figures that are already in your books. Your accountant stays responsible for the accounts, tax and any audited figures.
