Competitor and market watch

A weekly digest of what competitors are doing

How it works

  1. Competitors' ads, prices, reviews and newsPublic sources on your named competitors are checked.
  2. Changes spottedNew ads, price changes and reviews are picked out.
  3. Weekly digestThey are written up in a short digest.
  4. On WhatsApp or emailIt arrives where you will read it.

A worked example

  1. A tuition centre in Bukit Timah names four competitors. The system watches their public ads, prices, Google reviews and news mentions.
  2. One competitor starts a new Meta ad offering a free trial month, and another raises its published fees.
  3. On Monday morning the owner receives a one-page digest on WhatsApp: what changed, with a link to the source of each item.
  4. The owner reads it over coffee and decides whether to respond. Nothing is changed in the centre's own prices or ads without her.

Before and after

Before

After

You learn what a competitor did when a customer mentions it.

A weekly digest tells you what changed.

Checking competitors takes time nobody has, so it is skipped.

The checking is done for you from public sources.

Notes on competitors are scattered across chats and bookmarks.

Each week's changes are in one short digest.

Questions

How much does competitor and market watch cost?

Setup starts from S$2,499. The monthly fee is set by your volume and agreed on the call, before anything is built. Usage costs, such as AI processing, are billed on top of the monthly fee. Subscriptions you already pay for, such as Google Workspace, remain yours. The minimum term is three months, and after that you can cancel any time.

Where does my data go, and does this meet PDPA?

The system reads only public sources, such as the Meta Ad Library, Google and public websites. The digests are kept in the email or WhatsApp account you choose, wherever possible. The written scope says where everything is stored and lists any personal data the system handles and why, so you can check it against your own PDPA obligations. Your data is never used to train AI models.

What happens when the AI is unsure about something it found?

It says so in the digest. An item it could not confirm is marked as unconfirmed, with the source, so you can check it yourself. It does not present guesses as facts.

How long does setup take?

Usually about two weeks from the call. We agree the competitors and sources with you, set up the digest and send a test copy before the first real one.

What does it read?

It reads only public pages, ads, prices, reviews and news about the competitors you name. It does not log in to anyone's accounts.
