Business dashboard

Revenue, leads and pipeline in one view

How it works

  1. Xero, CRM, ads, websiteNumbers are read from the tools you already use.
  2. Pulled together dailyThey are combined and refreshed each day.
  3. One dashboardYou see revenue, leads and pipeline on one page.
  4. Alerts when something movesYou are told when a number moves more than usual.

A worked example

  1. A renovation company in Woodlands keeps invoices in Xero, leads in HubSpot and ad spend in Meta Ads.
  2. Each morning the system reads the figures from each tool and combines them.
  3. The owner opens one page and sees revenue this month, new leads this week and the quotes still open in the pipeline.
  4. When ad spend rises sharply while new leads stay flat, the owner is alerted by message and can look into it that day.

Before and after

Before

After

Numbers sit in four tools, and putting them together takes an afternoon.

They are combined every day on one page.

You find out a number moved only when you next look.

You are alerted when a number moves more than usual.

Everyone has a different version of the figures.

The team looks at the same page.

Questions

How much does the business dashboard cost?

Setup starts from S$4,499. The monthly fee is set by your volume and agreed on the call, before anything is built. Usage costs, such as AI processing, are billed on top of the monthly fee. Subscriptions you already pay for, such as Xero, HubSpot or Google Analytics, remain yours. The minimum term is three months, and after that you can cancel any time.

Where does my data go, and does this meet PDPA?

Your figures stay in your own tools wherever possible. The dashboard reads them from there. Which people can see the dashboard is agreed with you and written into the scope. The written scope says where everything is stored and lists any personal data the system handles and why, so you can check it against your own PDPA obligations. Your data is never used to train AI models.

What happens if a number looks wrong?

The dashboard shows what your tools hold, so a wrong figure usually comes from a record that needs correcting at the source. If a connection fails or a figure is missing, the page says so instead of showing a blank or a guess.

How long does setup take?

Usually three to four weeks from the call. Most of the time goes on agreeing which figures matter and checking them against your own records before the page goes live.

Can I use tools that are not on your list?

Tell us which tools you use on the call. Many can be connected, and we will say what is possible before you commit.
