A worked example

  1. A financial adviser in Marina Bay chooses the topics her clients care about: CPF changes, interest rates and property cooling measures. She names three trusted sources.
  2. Each week the system gathers the latest news on those topics, with links.
  3. It drafts a newsletter in her voice, plus matching LinkedIn posts. She reads it on Thursday morning, corrects a figure and approves.

Questions

How much does the newsletter engine cost?

Setup starts from S$2,499. The monthly fee is set by your volume and agreed on the call, before anything is built. Usage costs, such as AI processing and research, are billed on top of the monthly fee. Subscriptions you already pay for, such as Mailchimp, Brevo or MailerLite, are billed to you by those vendors. The minimum term is three months, and after that you can cancel any time.

Where does my data go, and does this meet PDPA?

Your subscriber list stays in your own email tool wherever possible. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, handled by that tool. The written scope says where everything is stored and lists any personal data the system handles and why, so you can check it against your own PDPA obligations. Your data is never used to train AI models.

What happens when the AI does not know whether something is true?

It gives the source for every item and does not state anything it cannot link to. A person, you, reads and approves the newsletter before it is sent, and anything doubtful is flagged in the draft.

How long does setup take?

Usually three to four weeks. We agree your topics and sources, set up your email tool, and produce a first issue for you to approve before the weekly routine begins.

Can it write regulated advice?

It drafts general news and commentary. Anything that counts as regulated advice in your field is for you to write and approve. We set the tone and limits with you on the call.
