Compliance calendar

Never miss a GST, ACRA, CPF or licence deadline

How it works

  1. Your company detailsYou share your company type and licences.
  2. Every deadline mappedEach GST, ACRA, CPF and licence deadline is mapped.
  3. Reminders with what is neededReminders say what you need to prepare.
  4. Marked done and filedYou mark it done and the proof is filed.

A worked example

  1. A small accounting firm in Tanjong Pagar tells us its company type, whether it is GST-registered, how many staff it has and which licences it holds.
  2. From that, every recurring deadline is mapped: GST returns, the ACRA annual return, monthly CPF contributions and licence renewals.
  3. Three weeks before the GST return is due, the office manager receives a WhatsApp reminder that says what to prepare, and the date is in Google Calendar.
  4. She submits the return herself, marks it done, and the proof is saved in the right Google Drive folder.

Before and after

Before

After

Deadlines live in one person's head or a half-updated sheet.

Every deadline is in a shared calendar with a named owner.

A reminder says a date, but not what to get ready.

Each reminder says what you need to prepare.

Proof of filing is hard to find at audit time.

When you mark a task done, the proof is filed for you.

What the AI does

  • Maps your GST, ACRA, CPF and licence deadlines from your company details.
  • Puts them in your Google Calendar.

What your team keeps

Questions

How much does the compliance calendar cost?

Setup starts from S$2,499. The monthly fee is set by your volume and agreed on the call, before anything is built. Usage costs, such as AI processing, are billed on top of the monthly fee. Meta's WhatsApp message fees are billed to your business by Meta, and subscriptions you already pay for remain yours. The minimum term is three months, and after that you can cancel any time.

Where does my data go, and does this meet PDPA?

Your calendar and proof of filing stay in your own tools, such as Google Calendar and Google Drive, wherever possible. The system holds your company details only to work out the dates. The written scope says where everything is stored and lists any personal data the system handles and why, so you can check it against your own PDPA obligations. Your data is never used to train AI models.

Does the calendar file my returns?

No. It reminds you and tells you what to prepare. You or your accountant make every submission. It does not replace your accountant.

What happens when the AI is not sure which deadline applies?

It does not guess. It lists the item as unconfirmed and asks you or your accountant to confirm it. Dates should always be checked against the official source.

How long does setup take?

Usually about two weeks from the call. We collect your company details, build the list with you, and check it before the first reminder goes out.
