Contracts drafted from your templates, with risky clauses flagged
Before
After
Each contract is built by copying an old one and changing names by hand.
Your own template is filled in from the deal details.
Incoming contracts are skimmed, and a risky clause slips through.
Clauses that break your rules are marked before you read the rest.
Signed copies sit in email attachments.
Approved contracts go out for e-signature and are filed in Google Drive.
WordSetup starts from S$4,499. The monthly fee is set by your volume and agreed on the call, before anything is built. Usage costs, such as AI processing, are billed on top of the monthly fee. Subscriptions you already pay for, such as Xero or Google Workspace, remain yours. The minimum term is three months, and after that you can cancel any time.
Contracts stay in your own tools, such as Google Docs, Word and Google Drive, wherever possible. Contracts often hold personal data and commercial terms, so the written scope states who can see them. The written scope says where everything is stored and lists any personal data the system handles and why, so you can check it against your own PDPA obligations. Your data is never used to train AI models.
No. The system fills your template and marks clauses that break the rules you set. It does not tell you whether a contract is legally sound. A lawyer or you stay responsible for what you sign.
It marks the clause as one it could not assess and leaves it for you or your lawyer. It does not guess at what a clause means.
Usually three to four weeks from the call. We collect your templates, agree the clause rules with you, and test with past contracts before it is used on a live one.
